Jay is annoyed when Carli asks Simon and not him to be a model in her charity fashion show, the proceeds going towards a kidney machine to help the unaccountably popular wheelchair-bound Alistair Scott. Against his principles Will takes the money at the door, when not fighting Alistair, but is thrilled when Charlotte returns and asks him to take part with her on the catwalk. Simon ends up modelling skimpy bathing trunks and, in his hurry to put them on, literally lets it all hang out. Unlike the onlookers, Carli is not amused.

Question: Let's play armchair programmer. While I am enjoying Major Crimes, it does feel a bit like we're just waiting for Brenda Leigh to show. Do you think they could have benefited from holding Major Crimes until the traditional December run of The Closer to let us get a little distance? Or is it purely a creative question? Major Crimes looks just like The Closer. Could the show benefit from some slight visual tweaks? Perhaps a slightly different opening sequence? — Steven

MTV Announces Snooki & JWoWW, Teen Wolf Premiere Dates, Orders Five New Shows

MTV has announced premiere dates for returning series Teen Wolf and Awkward, as well as the premiere of its second Jersey Shore spin-off Snooki & JWoww. The network also unveiled a handful of new scripted and reality series. Snooki & JWoww, which follows the best friends living in Jersey City, will debut on Thursday, June 21 at 10/9c. Well-known as party girls, the new show will document their now toned-down lives. Each is involved in a serious relationships, and Snooki is also pregnant.
