Tom Craig wants in on a big development on waste ground in Slatterly. But big contracts are all sewn up with familiar faces and Craig has few friends in town. He also has cash flow problems.
Episode 2
Tom Craig shows interest in a local football club and ground adjacent to the Slatterly development area with the intention of turning it into a leisure complex.
Episode 3
Tom Craig goes about securing planning permission to fill the hole in the building site with rubble whilst Ken Torrode starts doing deals to demolish the buildings.
Episode 4
The demolition begins and the dumping of builders waste begins but other waste of a more hazardous nature gets mixed in.
Episode 5
Tom Craig searches for a financier to supply £2 million in short term credit to move the deal forward.
Episode 6
The final plots, deals, twists and turns take place to get the site developed into a modern brewery.
