UK Gymstars return to their gyms after lockdowns. Amelie, an artistic gymnast, gets a life-changing call: she's selected for Team GB at the Olympics. Thrilled, she heads to Tokyo. Meanwhile, Phoebe, her best friend, shares her news of a scholarship at a top US university. As they pass the baton to the younger generation, Chase plans a fun day with Lily, his gymnast girlfriend. Dominick challenges Birmingham's boys and girls with a handstand obstacle course. Amelie shares her news with Phoebe, who keeps it secret. Exciting times lie ahead as change sweeps through.
