Dukhidas Laltenwala is a fake god men and is a big time smuggler behind his god men image.His son Ram Khanna wants to marry an orphan Seeta but Dukhidas frames her to be courtesan with help of his aide Manglu so that Ram can marry a rich Rukmini.By the time Seeta is left pregnant and serving a jail term for killing aides of Manglu and Ram refuses to accept her child.Seeta gives birth to a boy names him Ricky and hands him over to Dukhidas,Ram marries Rukmini and they adopt Rani as their daughter.Dukhidas along with Manglu introduce Ricky to the world of crime and he turns big time crook.Dukhidas then asks Ricky to woo Rani for his son Raja but he ends up falling in love with Rani and rebelling against Dukhidas and Manglu who want him dead.
