Heading back to the streets where it all began, two men rejoin two women to blast muscle, tuner and exotic cars across Los Angeles and floor through the Mexican desert. When a crime brings them back to L.A., fugitive ex-con Dom Toretto reignites his feud with agent Brian O'Connor. But as they are forced to confront a shared enemy, Dom and Brian must give in to an uncertain new trust if they hope to outmaneuver him. And from convoy heists to precision tunnel crawls across international lines, two men will find the best way to get revenge: push the limits of what's possible behind the wheel.

The film opens with scenes in New York, United States, Bangkok, Thailand, Panama City Panama, and Tokyo Japan, After the simultaneous killing of four former Spanish intelligence agents involved in the so-called 'Operación Ciénaga,' Zeta (Mario Casas) is tasked by the CNI with tracking a surviving missing agent, joining forces with Colombian intelligence agent Alfa (Mariela Garriga), going on to deal with a mysterious sixth member of the operation, who is code-named Casiel.

Humza moves through the shadows of Karachi with the cold detachment of a man already dead. He targets the empire of Rehman Dakait; a titan of the underworld whose reach dictates the city's pulse. To climb this ladder, Humza performs acts of calculated brutality that buy him a seat at the table. He serves two masters while feeding intelligence to the authorities through a secret conduit.
