Two friends Ajay and Vijay are working in the same company Mutha Associates they are framed for fraud in the company by Dongre and loose their jobs.Ajay loves Alka working in same office and Vijay loves Lalita daughter of businessmen Pardhan.Lalita offers Vijay to work with her father who in turn insults him.Ajay and Vijay feels that these rich people have and ego of money and should be taught a lesson.They find that a wanted criminal Laal Genda is dead and take his identity and loot Dongre and Pardhan but Commissioner Dange is very much sure that Laal Genda is dead.Alka and Lalita support them in their madness but Ajay and Vijay land in trouble when a person gets killed by Laal Genda whose alive both are now on run from cops.But Laal Genda finds them and keeps captive in his den.
