Kabir decides to break friendship with Dhariya and Dhungiya after they come in merit by cheating in exams and shifts to London for further studies.While college principal decides to take strict action against Dhariya and Dhungiya for their mischief and puts few limitations for them in class. They get a shock when Naru returns to college completely changed as a simpleton and speaking fluent Marathi,Dhariya and Dhungya try to patch up with Kabir but he is in no mood and challenges them to come to London.Madan Bondve feels that Naru's makeover is an insult to him and wants Dhariya and Dhungiya to change him.The college is about to send Naru to London for cultural program but Madan convinces them to send Dhariya and Dhungiya along with him.Upon reaching London Naru returns to his old roots and tells Dhariya and Dhungiya that he had planned it all to to come to London to revenge on them and his father Madan for insulting him frequently and now will enjoy his fathers money in the country.While Dhariya and Dhungiya meet Sofia whose about to attend them throughout the cultural program,where they find that Kabir is in the same college and has joined bad gang of Kunal who hates to call himself as Indian.Dhariya and Dhungiya decide to teach both of them a lesson and after few challenges become friends with Kunal .But still Kunal is an arrogant guy and Kabir is in no mood to patch with his friends.During Kunal's birthday he introduces all of them to his girlfriend and to shock of Dhariya,Dhungiya and Kabir she is none other then Kabir's first love Grace.
