Yorgos and Kostas, friends and filmmakers teetering on the brink of bankruptcy, must make TV commercials to stay in business. In the meantime--having already thrown time, effort, and money down the drain--the financially hard-pressed directors embark on a long and desperate mission to find investors willing to finance their ambitious joint project: an untitled surrealistic extravaganza packed with half-baked ideas. However, as the two companions attempt to bridge the gap between creative vision and commercial reality, conflicting interests and clashing ideologies threaten to terminate their noble cinematic dream before it even begins. So, the question remains. Will the ambitious producers ever make their comeback in the chaotic Greek film industry?
