Stan's FBI investigative senses cannot help but go on high alert when his neighbors and best friends Phil and Elizabeth seem to always be suspiciously out very late at night working at their travel agency, and/or taking out of state flights to handle last minute issues with their clients conveniently when one of his fellow agents and/or his confidential informants get murdered. Oleg gets arrested and the FBI agents intercept Phil's dead drop message that Oleg was intending to get back to Gorbachev. As the FBI picks up the Russian priest and they apply pressure on him to either save his church or not give up the two Russian KGB agents Phil and Elizabeth that he recently married, Phil and Elizabeth realize that they have to try and get back home to Russia, but they are in a real quandary what to do about their two children, Paige and Henry.
