Surviving Marriage is a reality television series on A&E. Throughout the season, the series follows couples stranded on a remote island in a last ditch effort to save their marriages. Cleburn and April

After eleven years of marriage and five children together, Cleburn and April are on the verge of divorce. Infidelity has destroyed their relationship. Cleburn cheated on April when she was pregnant with their second child and April punished him by having five subsequent affairs. On an island deep in the South Pacific, the couple is stripped of their home comforts and must build their own shelter and hunt their own food all while engaging in extreme couple's therapy. If the couple has any chance at surviving, they'll need to work on their biggest issues--infidelity, trust, and teamwork. But will the environment and Cleburn's rage be too much to overcome?
