Duke sometimes gives away MSG tickets to the executives. Simon is next getting the tickets. It's the Lipizzaner Stallions and Simon is excited. Carl sells off the tickets to Bernice, a scalper (Pat Crawford Brown) but then needs them back.

VTV needs younger demographics. Simon suggests bringing back Tinky the clown (Dom DeLuise). Carl hates Tinky and Libby hates clowns in general. Simon finds Tinky repairing shoes and still holding a grudge against the kid who got him fired.

Simon does his animal calls and a dog comes. It answers to the name Carl. Duke's dog Duchess is depressed unless she's with dog Carl. Simon decides to marry Duchess and dog Carl to show human Carl real commitment.
