After making fun of a short "educational" film about a boy who gets hit by a car in "Dick Wakes Up," Mike, Kevin and Bill have decided to make fun of Glen, a boy who is very angry at society (we all have our reasons), and vows to cause as much destruction as he can. Cats seem to be an unusually mysterious source of his outrage. Needless to say, the kid has no friends, until one nigh he gets a visit from a creepy old man named Mr. X who tries to talk him into becoming a blindly obedient submissive little boy for the rest of his life.
