After an unidentified flying object crashes at a remote location, a mysterious ravishing woman (Luna Star) is pulled from the wreckage. Captain Bullock (Monique Alexander) summons top scientists Dr. Allie Sharpe (Cherie Deville), Dr. John Harding (Mick Blue) and Dr. Carl Ladner (Alex Jones) to study her condition, which they fear is contagious. With the help of Captain Bullock and Lieutenants Myers and Hunt (Ryan Reid and Hollywood Cash) the scientists race against the clock to unravel the mystery. However, they soon suspect that the government isn't telling them the whole story. When the patient suddenly awakens and takes their colleague hostage, they find themselves locked in a battle for the fate of humanity as we know it.
