The new documentary series 'Mind Set Go' follows the three-month wellness journey of eight Canadians as they discover the barriers preventing them from optimum health in mind, body, and soul. In each episode, one participant seeks to understand and overcome their negative coping behaviours, all with the encouragement and insight of various Canadian Paralympian and athlete experts who have triumphed over their own adversities and learned that a positive mindset is the key to overcoming barriers. At the end of three months, each participant tackles a physical objective that reveals how their lives and attitudes have progressed over the course of their journey to health.
