Fresh out of medical school, John "J.D." Dorian, Christopher Turk and Elliot Reid join the staff of Sacred Heart Hospital, only to realize how much they still have to learn.

Things are not always so easy, but in the end, love wins and everybody leaves the dreamboat satisfied.
