Belial Gore
Rebecca experiences a foreboding dream in the bath. When she awakens, she learns that Shiki and their friends have boarded Drakken Joe's battleship, the Belial Gore, to find out what he wants with their ship.

Element 4
Drakken Joe has sent three of his minions to seize Edens Zero, but when Witch stops them in their tracks, he takes drastic action and sends out his elite special forces, the Element 4.

A Wind Blows Through the Sakura Cosmos
Shiki's group brings Weisz to safety in Sibir's bar. Because of his injuries, Rebecca is sent to deliver the medicine, but while getting there, she faces a new enemy.

Rebecca finds herself in Drakken's room, where the man tells her that he wants to talk. Meanwhile, Shiki fights Jinn as Sylph chases after Homura.

Intercession
Before Daichi could harm Rebecca any further, Laguna turns her into water and scolds his colleague. Elsewhere, Homura and Weisz are captured and Drakken appears before Shiki and Jinn.

Rebecca wakes up in Sister's infirmary and notices things are repeating again. She quickly gets Shiki and the others in a meeting and discuss about her dream, which Hermit speculates that she made a time leap.

The crew lands in front of the building, but the Element 4 are there to stop them. The Shining Stars lets Shiki's group fly past them as they fight against four.

The Sword of Edens
Homura and Witch finishes off their respective opponents. Meanwhile, Drakken suspects something wrong about this sudden invasion. Elsewhere, Rebecca's group plan out how to defeat the Dark Alchemist.

Shiki vs. Drakken
After getting separated, Rebecca's group goes to the life support device while Shiki fights Drakken.

Advent of the Demon King
While the Four Shining Stars save Blue Garden from certain destruction by the recently commandeered Satellite Blaze, Shiki's Overdrive bestows him with the full might of the Demon King to use against the mutated Drakken.

Edens One
The Crew of Edens visit Blue Garden for a meeting with Noah, where he and Rebecca ponder over the mystery of Connor's disappearance. After parting on better terms with Noah-and mixed terms with Labilia.

Clash of the Cosmos
Before venturing beyond the cosmos in search of the Mother, Edens Zero visit Granbell at Shiki's request. There, they see that Demon King Ziggy is alive, but he has changed his way of thinking.

The Woman They Called Pirate
The Edens Zero are cornered by the Edens One, whose performance far exceeds that of the Edens Zero. But when Shiki and the crew seem doomed, they are saved by space pirate Elsie Crimson.

Nadia, Love of My Life
Shiki and the gang overcome Dragonfall and arrive at Aoi Cosmos, ruled by Poseidon Nero, and land on a planet of fire, Red Cave at Witch's suggestion.

A Robot In Love
The crew react to Nadia's arrival in various ways; with Shiki initially thinking of her as a sea person, Homura recognizing that she is an android and Weisz simply commenting that she is a total babe.

In The Doghouse
Shiki and his team set off for the green planet Forresta, with the help of Laguna, whom Witch brought along. Meanwhile, Elsie's pirates are tracked by the Federation.

The Battle of Foresta
Shiki and his crew arrive at Foresta, where they see that Ziggy has made it so that robots ruled over humans; although they are reunited with Couchpo, they are found by a large number of robots and chased.
Episode 18
Star Drain
Siki confronts the Poseidon Nero Rangers and the beast king Orc. Orc tells Shiki that he is following orders from Nero and that they are on a mission to clean up the planet.

Darling Little Piece of Junk
Rebecca finds a way to defeat Britney. Meanwhile, Weisz and Hermit infiltrate the huge satellite server to disable the virus affecting Foresta's robots.
Episode 20
Kiss & Die
Shiki and Homura encounter the Interstellar Union Army's Justice, Victory and Creed; after they confirm that Shiki's Ether is the Demon King, they become hostile; Shiki collapses before the overwhelming power of Justice.
Episode 21
The Doomsday System
Elsie and Justice engage in a fierce battle to finally settle their past. At the moment their others collide, the center of gravity of Zenoris, the founder of Magairyu Jujutsu, appears in front of Siki and is activated.
Episode 22
Oceans 6
Wise and Hermit succeed in defeating Dr Muller. Meanwhile, Shiki and the team escape Forresta and return to Eden's Zero, where they manage to communicate with Elsie.
Episode 23
Judgment Day
Under Xenolith's guidance, Shiki and his friends receive VR bondage training to overcome decline of Ether levels when they are constrained; during this training, Ziggy suddenly appears and hurts Rebecca with gravity.
Episode 24
Desert Oasis
Nero's son, Poseidon Shura, declares to commence Judgment Day, which will eradicate all robots in front of the citizens of the Aoi Cosmos; Shiki and his friends decide to stop Shura.
Episode 25
Prelude to the Aoi War
As Shiki and his group visit the rebel army Oasis, led by Goodwin, and ask to join the fight, they are suddenly attacked by the imperial army; a large-scaled battle starts, with Shiki's gang and the Oasis forces fighting back together.
