"America's Funniest Home Videos" was inspired by a series of successful TV specials, where home viewers were invited to send in videotapes of their "funniest" moments. In "AFHV," host Saget provided commentary to the home videos which often showed wedding and sports bloopers, children and pets either being themselves or getting into trouble, furniture or other objects giving way (usually contributing to someone's fall) and "comical" reactions to getting inadvertently hit (usually in the groin). Sometimes, certain videos were grouped into themes, such as Christmas or a summer vacation, or had sentimental value to them, such as a marriage proposal; other times, videos were set to classic rock tunes. The top three videos of the week as selected by the producers were eligible for each week's $10,000 top prize; the audience would electronically vote for their one favorite video. Weekly winners got to compete in a later special for a $100,000 top prize.

Daytime version, this time featuring four Bed & Breakfast owning couples, one venue each day of the week, with the final day reserved for feedback debates and announcement of the winner.

Teams of contestants answer questions against the clock to build up their prize pot, then compete against the Chasers - quiz champions from across the country, who get closer to them with every wrong answer, to keep the money they earnt.

There are four coaches, all famous in the music industry. During the blind auditions these coaches will turn around in their chairs when they hear a performer they want in their team. If there are more coaches who want a performer, he or she gets to choose who they want as their coach. During the battles there will be two or three contestants from the same team up against each other, performing the same song together. The coach must choose one of them to get through to the live shows.

Ant and Dec present a unique new Saturday prime-time quiz show in which there is no limit to how much prize money the contestants can win - but they can only bank their money by correctly answering a question.

The original British version of the quiz show that's become a worldwide hit. Host asks hopeful contestants a series of questions, each more difficult than the last. As the questions get harder, the prize money increases, until it reached the million-pound jackpot.
