The Brothers buy properties and turn them into money makers and now they want to back others to do the same. Wherever they find an investor that could greatly benefit from their help, that's the project they are going to back. The Bros want to help investors to make the best choices possible and educate them along the way on what we have learned over the years. So they'll bring the full weight of their resources, their trades, and their mentorship, but this time, they are not fully in control. They leave investors to decide if they will take or leave their advice. The Brothers are betting on their expertise to help them succeed because it's their reputation on the line.
