Republican presidential hopeful Rick Perry wants to get rid of at least three federal agencies. At Wednesday night's GOP debate on CNBC, the Texas governor said he wanted to eliminate the departments of Education and Commerce and ... Well, he couldn't remember. Unable to completely recover from the gaffe, he responded with a simple, "Oops!"
