Worst Week's Kyle Bornheimer will guest star on an upcoming episode of Bent, TVGuide.com has learned exclusively.

The NBC comedy centers on a tough, recently divorced single mother named Alex (Amanda Peet) who finds unexpected chemistry with the lackadaisical, womanizing construction worker, Pete (David Walton), whom she hires to redo her kitchen.

Bent exclusive: Larry Miller to boss around Amanda Peet

Bornheimer, 36, will play Dan, a new dad who moves next door to Alex and is pushed to the edge by the loud noise of Pete's construction crew. The role marks a reunion for Bornheimer and Walton, who co-starred on last year's short-lived relationship comedy Perfect Couples.

Bent, from Scrubs writer Tad Quill, is set to debut sometime on NBC next year.
