NBC is now confirming what TVGuide.com first reported Tuesday: The network has greenlit Grand Union, a sitcom pilot starring departing Alias star Greg Grunberg as a family man who works as the manager of a Long Island grocery store. Beth Lacke (Mr. 3000) will costar as his wife. The show, part of an overall deal Grunberg struck with the Peacock, is being eyed for a potential midseason berth.
