Report: Ciara Gets Served Onstage with Lawsuit While Performing

Ciara got notice of a breach-of-contract lawsuit Saturday night when she performed at Los Angeles' Pride festival  while singing onstage, TMZ reports.

She had previously raised the ire of West Hollywood club Hit Factory for bailing on a Friday performance, even though her reps claim she gave notice that she had to cancel. According to the website, Ciara had reached a $10,000 agreement to appear at the club. The Hit Factory is suing for lost profits and promotion costs from the event.

Upon receiving the lawsuit onstage for the failed club appearance, Ciara threw them back.
