Exclusive: Castle Books Once Upon a Time's Blackbeard for Guest Spot
His pirate skills might come in handy!
Castleis apparently looking for a pirate's expertise for an upcoming heist episode.
The ABC drama has cast Charles Mesure, who most recently played Blackbeard on Once Upon a Time, for a guest-starring role, TVGuide.com has learned exclusively. Mesure will play Liam Hollister, a high-stakes transporter of priceless items who gets in over his head with a heist gone bad.

Besides his role on Once, Mesure has had memorable turns as Ben Faulkner on Desperate Housewives, Kyle Hobbes on V, and J.D. Pollock on Crossing Jordan. His most recent TV credit was an arc on Bravo's Girlfriends' Guide to Divorce.
Mesure will appear in an episode titled "The Nose," the fifth episode of Castle's eighth season, which premieres Monday, Sept. 21 at 10/9c on ABC.
