Forget spooky shows. This October, it pays to be a crime show, or at least crime adjacent. Some of the month's biggest renewals so far include the fish-out-of-water mob show Tulsa King, the soapy thriller Imperfect Women, and the Reacher spin-off Neagley. (The news about Neagley kicked off the month, following Reacher's renewal at the end of September. They're a package deal!) Other renewals include CBS's reality stalwart Big Brother, Netflix's revival of A Different World, and its adaptation of May Cobb's novel The Hunting Wives.

As the busy fall TV season continues, check back here throughout the month for the latest news. We're keeping tabs on all the shows that have been canceled or renewed in October below.
