As spring approaches, you can look ahead to brighter days when your favorite TV shows will return with new episodes. The first month of the year brought a lot of good news on the TV renewal front, and February gave us more of the same. A trio of broadcast sitcoms scored renewals, with Fox's Animal Control booked for Season 5 and NBC's St. Denis Medical and Happy's Place each renewed for a third season. Prime Video capitalized on the popularity of Heated Rivalry by ordering a second season of its upcoming hockey romance Off Campus, and AMC's great Western noir Dark Winds was renewed for Season 5. And HBO's acclaimed finance drama Industry will return for a fifth — and final — season.

The month brought a few cancellations, too. Hulu's Tell Me Lies wrapped up unexpectedly after the Season 3 finale. Plus, The Kelly Clarkson Show will come to an end later this year after its current seventh season, and Sherri Shepherd's Sherri is ending after four seasons. But the most painful cancellation is Adult Swim's Smiling Friends, which will come to an end after its current Season 3.

Whether you're looking to celebrate your favorites or mourn the loss of something on your regular rotation, we kept tabs on all the shows that were canceled or renewed in February below.
