Two brothers, Cyrus and Kurt live in a run down part of a town working at auto shop barely making it by. They take care of their mother, Elizabeth, by cutting edges to afford medicine. Time passes and they get a call from their Father, Fredrick, who they haven't heard from in years. He explains that he took her and is now caring for her. The brothers meet up with their "father" to rescue their mom. However, a turn of events when they find out the father isn't normal. He has a new gift, he then explains to the brothers they have the same. During a small battle in one of the brother's rage, the father flees making a deal to get this serum for their mom back.
