Mariano had everything set: the perfect scam to get the things that were missing for the final commitment with his girlfriend. Well, it sounded perfect when his brother-in-law told him about it. Now, to get his way, he must get rid of the old Siam Di Tella he cares for like a treasure. Men have a special relationship with cars, and Mariano is no exception. Suddenly he finds himself trying to maintain appearances before the insurance company, which sends the meticulous inspector Cicchero; before his impatient but sensible girlfriend; and before himself and the growing sense that he will never stop being a loser. In such a state of affairs, having a homeless man have taken possession of the abandoned car feels almost like a relief.
