Struggling actor Danny and his best friend Stuart try to fit in with L.A. nightlife, with the help and financial support from Stuart's Uncle Manny, a big-time movie producer. But the guys plans go awry when they meet Jenny a mysterious hottie who swindles them of Stuart's Uncle Manny's prized $250,000 Rolex wristwatch leading to a zany chase through the streets of Los Angeles to find her and get it back by whatever means necessary which they guys come up against not only Jenny, but also meet her violent-tempered boyfriend Tony, a shady repair shop worker, a celebrity-obsessed tow-truck driver, and a quick-tempered basketball player all of whom come into contact with the watch.
