In the aftermath of 'The Sickness' a small English village creates a new set of rules to deal with the loss of the world that was. They scour the wasteland known as The Wilderness to find survivors who they hope will perpetuate their community. On one such excursion a team is held at gun point and their only hope of survival is to persuade their captors that there is more to life than death.
